GOT7 Will Not Renew Their Contract With JYP Entertainment

On January 10, Dispatch stated that all of GOT7 member will not be renewing their contract with JYP Entertainment.

They also revealed that since GOT7 members have a close relationship with each other, they are considering the possibility of future group activities.

In this regard, JYP Entertainment said, “It’s difficult to confirm the matters of each member is in contact with. We will let you know as soon as we have settled our position on GOT7 re-signing.”

Jinyoung is set to sign an exclusive contract with BH Entertainment, while Yugyeom is also rumored to move to the hip-hop label AOMG.

Youngjae received a love call from Sublime Artist Agency ( Rain and Hani’s agency), and JB has reportedly received many offers from hip hop labels.

Mark plans to go back to America to spend some time with his family in LA. Afterward, he will open a personal YouTube channel, and he is also considering solo music activities in the U.S. BamBam, will be active in Korea and Thailand, positively considering a contract with MAKEUS Entertainment.

Jackson will work in Korea and China while remaining active with his TEAM WANG label.

Dispatch also revealed that GOT7’s appearance at the 35th Golden Disc Awards will be their last group activity until their contracts end.
